I'm a versatile and experienced Commercial and Editorial Shooter. My focus is on Portraiture, but I'm always open for diverse Editorial assignments.

I came up working in conflict zones as a photojournalist and documentary portrait photographer. Everything I learned working at the front lines informs  what I do now. It forced me to hone my technical skills so I could respond in real time on location, in fast moving, challenging, or downright hostile environments and get the right shot for the job. Nimble. Dynamic. Adaptable. 

 

The depth of this experience has taught me the soft skills that you need to develop connections quickly, build trust, and end up with intimate and authentic portraiture. These same soft skills give me a humanistic lens through which to photograph diverse people from all walks of life.
